Airline delays and cancellations may affect your reservation. WHEN POSSIBLE the driver may wait for a delayed arrival. The first hour will be at no charge but each additional hour will be at $50 per hr. If it is not possible for the driver to wait, you will have to wait for the next scheduled pick up.

There will be a FULL CANCELLATION FEE if your reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup. "No Shows" will be billed the full amount of the fare.

The Currituck Regional Airport is a publicly owned General Aviation airport located in the northeastern region of North Carolina, approximately 46 miles south of the South Hampton Roads area of Virginia and 25 miles northeast of Elizabeth City, North Carolina.

Providing airport infrastructure to support economic development and increase the business tax base in the county is a high priority. The County recognizes that providing up-to-date airport facilities that can accommodate corporate aircraft is vital to attracting new and expanded industry.

We at Dare County Regional Airport (DCRA) want to welcome you to the beautiful island of Roanoke. The airport is owned by the County of Dare and is operated under a nine member Airport Authority.

Located just 18 driving miles from First Flight Airport and the Wright Brothers National Memorial, the airport has a lot to offer those visitors to our community. With the North Carolina Aquarium located at the entrance to the terminal, the airport's location rests on the waterfront.

At the waters edge, the airport borders the beach that has a lifeguard from Memorial Day to Labor Day, an open air pavilion on the sound with charcoal grills, picnic tables, and a restroom all overlooking the sandy beach.

DCRA serves as home to several businesses located at the airport which provide support services to our local business community as well as our local and Itinerant pilots. Home to the Emergency Management Service MMB BK117 helicopter, they provide emergency medevac services to the region.

The airports economic impact to the region is $25,353,200 employing 46 people directly with a tax revenue calculated at over $20,000 per year.
